Skills: Instructional Design Principles (ADDIE, SAM), Content Authoring Tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate), Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and content integration, Curriculum Development, Technical Writing and Editing, Multimedia Content Development (basic understanding), Data Analysis for content improvement, Stakeholder Collaboration Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field; Master's preferred., 3+ years of experience in educational content development, instructional design, or a teaching role with curriculum development responsibilities., Proven ability to develop engaging and effective learning materials for diverse audiences., Strong understanding of adult learning theories and pedagogical best practices., Excellent written and verbal communication skills., Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines., A portfolio demonstrating successful content development projects is highly desirable.
