Requirements:
Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum & Instruction, or a closely related field (Bachelor's degree with significant relevant experience may be considered)., 3-5 years of progressive experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or educational technology, preferably within an academic or corporate learning environment., Demonstrated expertise in applying instructional design theories and models to practical learning solutions., Proficiency with at least two major Learning Management Systems and advanced knowledge of at least one industry-standard eLearning authoring tool., Strong portfolio showcasing diverse instructional design projects and deliverables., Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and their application in learning design., Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely., Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
